To cancel your booking, please contact us using the WhatsApp widget on our website. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

Akbar Group Limited does not charge cancellation fees unless imposed by the hotel.
Refunds are only issued via the original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the hotel in refund confirmation.
